Industry-leading brands trust iPR to deliver.
iPR began its relationship with Roku with the launch of the streaming platform’s hardware in Canada. Since then iPR has launched Roku TVs and dozens of channel partners as well as promoting the content on the platform and managing social media accounts.
For iPR, onboarding with TekSavvy, Canada’s largest independent telecom company was like a meeting of the minds. TekSavvy is a fighter and so are we. Our job is to help fulfill the company’s mission to fight for online rights and give Canadians the competitive environment and innovative products they deserve.
Like previous iPR clients, Zoho has been in Canada for some time, but turned to iPR to expand their sales in this market. Blending paid and earned media opportunities, our mandate is to get more Canadian companies to join the 50 million global users relying on Zoho’s 40 plus apps to run their business.
Having a client on board for 20 years is an equally gratifying and humbling accomplishment. iPR was initially hired to power up media relations for the Manpower Employment Outlook Survey (MEOS), a leading quarterly index for media and analysts looking for employer hiring intentions. Our consistent success in securing valuable coverage helps to continually grow the survey’s stature.
Challenged to double the number of “Wazers” in Canada, iPR’s solution was clear – hit the road. And use a lot of data stories to boot. Our first outreach program saw a three-city tour turn into 50 plus media briefings. Following that, we leveraged Waze’s data tools to create and place content that communicated the features of the navigation app.
After a PR audition which included successfully managing Sonos' Canadian media relations for CES (the annual Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas), iPR was hired as the company's agency of record. Our team has successfully helped launch multiple additions to the Sonos line-up including the Sonos Sub, Playbar, Play 1, Play 5 and countless software updates.
Few brands have elevated the connected life as impressively as Belkin, Linksys and Wemo. Applying the company’s strength in smart home, iPR was able to make the brands a leading voice with tech, channel, lifestyle and consumer media.
Bed Bath & Beyond came to iPR when it had one store in Canada. With iPR’s publicity support, that number increased to 50 locations, including its first buybuyBABY outlet. Working with Bed Bath & Beyond has given us great opportunities to enhance our relations with lifestyle and decor media interested in campaigns for bridal, off-to-university, holiday and seasonal programs.
In the crowded smartphone market, it can be tough to break through. But a good product and the right contacts can get you noticed. ZTE, one of China's largest mobile phone companies, hired iPR to crack the Canadian media code and get that attention with multiple new device launches, including ZTE’s first smartphone and tablet, as well as sponsorship of The Canadian Open golf tournament.
Can 60 million users be wrong? Highly unlikely, which is why iPR was thrilled to take on business and vertical media relations for the innovative presentation software known as Prezi. Prezi has grown exponentially, with Canada becoming one of its leading markets.
The iPR Group supported Xerox primarily as an adjunct to the Company’s in-house PR department, providing media relations on an extended range of products and services that comprise Xerox's business.
iPR supported ViewSonic, a world leader in innovative desktop technology, with media relations promoting products such as monitors, smart displays, projectors, digital signage and touch devices, as well as desktop virtualization and cloud computing products.
iPR has worked on several project assignments for one of southern Ontario's most watched media outlets, CHCH TV. Our assignments have included the Canadian premiere of Avatar, the launch of Rewind movie channel, CH-CH-ing a viewer loyalty program, a Jeopardy media tour with Alex Trebek and the return of the iconic Tiny Talent Time show.
